RACHEL stands for Remote Areas Community Hotspots for Education and Learning. The Rachel Plus is the next generation of the Rachel Server and is powered by an Intel Atom processor in a wireless access point. It comes pre-loaded with content that is accessible in a correctional environment offline (either wired or wireless).
