July 2016
On Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at 1:00 PM EDT, the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) will host a 90-minute webinar entitled, "The Model Programs Guide iGuides" to provide information about the new Model Programs Guide (MPG) iGuides.
The MPG provides policymakers and practitioners with valuable information about evidence-based juvenile justice and delinquency prevention, intervention, and reentry programs and practices. MPG's new iGuides (short for Implementation Guides) expand on this information by providing users with 10 steps that should be taken in the pre-implementation stage (i.e., before identifying or implementing an evidence-based program or practice). These 10 steps were developed from research on implementation science as well as from interviews and focus groups with practitioners who have had experience implementing a program in the field.
