Promoting Positive Futures: Evidence Based Practices in Juvenile Justice and Behavioral Health

On Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at 1 pm EDT, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and Reclaiming Futures will host a 60-minute webinar entitled, "Promoting Positive Futures: Evidence Based Practices in Juvenile Justice and Behavioral Health."

This webinar will share evidence-based approaches to supporting young people with mental health difficulties including co-occurring substance use disorders who are involved in the Juvenile Justice system. We will examine evidence-based strategies grounded in positive youth development and feature the national Reclaiming Futures Initiative that promotes a public health framework to achieve social justice- and equity- oriented outcomes for youth.
