BJS/JRSA 2009 Conference

On October 22-23, 2009, in St. Louis, MO, the Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS) and the Justice Research and Statistics Association (JRSA) will sponsor the BJS/JRSA 2009 National Conference.

Conference sessions will cover such topics as domestic violence, gangs, recidivism, reentry, substance abuse, tribal data, and victimization, among others.

Pre- and postconference skill-building seminars on October 20-21 and October 24, respectively, will address such subjects as cost-benefit analysis, crime mapping, evaluation, evidence-based programming, inferential statistics, and policy implications of social indicator data.
